Refund policy

Custom Product Policy
Each Swing Sculpt piece is individually created for you based on your unique golf swing. Because every sculpture is custom-made and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that returns and exchanges are not available except in the case of verified damage or defect as described below.

Artistic Interpretation & Accuracy
Swing Sculpt pieces are artistic interpretations inspired by real swing data. While we work carefully to reflect the motion you provide, the final sculpture includes creative and technical interpretation and is not meant to be a perfectly exact, frame-by-frame recreation. Natural variations in curvature, form, and visual style are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects or grounds for return, refund, or replacement. We appreciate your understanding that each piece is truly unique.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your sculpture arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help. Swing Sculpt will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item. Customers must notify us of any damage or defect within fourteen (14) days of delivery so we can address the issue promptly.

To begin a claim, please provide:

  1. A brief description of the issue.

  2. Clear photos of the damage or defect.

  3. Photos of the packaging, if available.

Swing Sculpt will review all submissions and determine whether the issue qualifies as a production or shipping-related defect.

Exclusions
This policy does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, unauthorized alterations, exposure to extreme conditions, or normal wear and tear.
Concerns related to artistic interpretation, perceived accuracy of the swing depiction, or personal aesthetic preference are not eligible for return or replacement.

Shipping & Replacement Procedure
If a claim is approved, Swing Sculpt will produce and ship a replacement at no additional cost. In some cases, we may request the original item be returned before a replacement is issued. If so, a prepaid shipping label and instructions will be provided.

Policy Acceptance
By purchasing a Swing Sculpt product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Return & Replacement Policy, including all limitations and exclusions.
